Dr. John Bernbaum (http://www.racu.org) The mission of the Russian-American Institute is to train young Russian Christians for leadership roles in their country. Our goal is to equip these young people to be leaders with integrity and with sound moral character, so they can help to build a just and peaceful society in the Russian Federation. Our university is the only faith-based liberal arts university in Russia, so its role is truly unique.
