NPC Children's Ministry

Welcome to NPC Children's Ministry!

Here at NPC we believe that children are a vital part of our worshipping community. We strive to create a safe and fun environment in which kids can develop their faith. Our NPC Children’s Ministries are committed to walking alongside families as they grow up together in Christ. We look forward to walking this winding and wonderful road with you!

Our Aim

Our aim is that children will connect with Christ as they hear about the love of Jesus and the Word of God, through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Vacation Bible School

July 9-13, 2018

Vacation Bible School is a week packed full of faith and fun, including service projects, outdoor games, cool crafts, yummy snacks, awesome music, and stories from the Bible. Kids are transported to ancient Babylon where they'll learn from Daniel— who was torn from his home and forced into the king’s service. Kids and adults will find that they’re not much different from Daniel and his friends, who kept their faith in a faithless culture. You don’t want to miss this amazing week!

Sunday School & Sunday Mornings

At Sunday School, your child will make friends his or her own age and find a Sunday School class tailored just for them, age 2 through 5th Grade!  Our dedicated volunteer teachers follow carefully selected curricula that are Biblically based and Christ-centered. • Crib Room (Babies 6 weeks - Crawling): Main Church ground floor, Room 16
  • Walker Room (Strong walkers up to 4 yrs.): Main Church ground floor, Room 7

In order to provide secure check-in/check-out for your child, we ask that you complete a brief registration the first time your child attends Sunday School.

Parent Gathering

10–10:30 a.m.  |  Elson Parlor  |  Facilitators: Quinn Fox and Donna Marsh
Connect with fellow parents and enjoy a great cup of coffee accompanied by meaningful conversation about a topic that’s relevant to our life and faith...all during the second half of the children’s and youth Sunday School hour!

Like all church ministries, NPC Children depend on the time and energy of volunteers. We are deeply thankful for the parents, young professionals, NPC members, and seminary students who give their time to serve our kids. If you are interested in volunteering as a Club 45 leader, Sunday school teacher, or special event coordinator, please contact Cate McCrory.
