The NPC Finance Office seeks to contract the services of an Interim Bookkeeper for a minimum of 24 hours per week.
Major responsibilities include processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, contributions and payroll. Other duties include regular and ad hoc reports, filing, mailing, copying, special projects, and assisting the Finance Director as needed.
Minimum requirements: Bachelor's Degree, completion of a successful background screening, proficiency in QuickBooks, basic Excel and Outlook skills. We are seeking an applicant who is a quick learner, an independent thinker, organized, flexible, attentive to detail, possessing good communication and relational skills. Payroll experience is strongly desired.
